Job Summary

We are looking forward to hire SAP HCM Professionals in the following areas :

Role

SAP HCM Technical Consultant / Analyst

Experience: 5+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience; L3/L4 level.

Core Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration, particularly Payroll.

Key Skill Areas

• SAP HCM / HR configuration

Payroll configuration

• PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) - hands-on experience required
• HR/payroll-related configuration remediation
• Ability to work on changes to HR attributes/configurations and remediate downstream configurations.
• Nature of work: Primarily hands-on keyboard/configuration work, not just functional/project management.
• Immediate requirement: Resources need to be able to start quickly, subject to availability and onboarding.
• Location: India preferred, but location is flexible; remote/global resources can also be considered.
• Working hours: Should be comfortable with India evening shifts / US overlap, approximately 2 PM-11 PM IST. Shift/weekend flexibility may be required depending on workload.
