Consultant- Regulatory Expert

We are looking for a Regulatory Expert to support government departments on legal, regulatory, compliance, and Public–Private Partnership (PPP) matters.

Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand

Qualifications & Experience

- Qualification: Company Secretary (CS) / Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

- Overall Experience: More than 12 years

- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with contributions to at least five large-scale Public–Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide legal, regulatory, and compliance support to government departments, particularly on PPP frameworks.

- Offer legal opinions and interpret departmental policies, government guidelines, PPP norms, and statutory requirements.

- Conduct legal research, due diligence, and reviews of contractual obligations, PPP commitments, and regulatory matters.

- Draft, review, and finalize contracts, MoUs, agreements, and tender documents to ensure legal soundness and enforceability.

- Coordinate with government authorities and agencies on legal matters, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

- Ensure contractual compliance, mitigate legal risks, and safeguard departmental interests.
