- Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Agentforce implementations.
- Validate AI agent conversations, topics, actions, prompts, and business workflows.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, and End-to-End testing.
- Test Agentforce integrations with Salesforce Clouds and third-party applications.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners during Agile delivery cycles.
- Track defects using Jira and participate in sprint ceremonies.
