- 4+ years of post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of Government procurement procedures, GeM, GFR, tendering, contract administration, vendor management, and procurement documentation.
- Proficiency in preparing RFPs/RFQs, bid evaluation reports, procurement MIS, market research, cost estimation, and procurement tracking, with working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and e-procurement platforms.
- Good analytical, communication, documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage procurement activities, maintain compliance with applicable procurement guidelines, monitor procurement timelines, and ensure timely delivery of procurement outcomes.
