consultant Nutritionist-Sales & client counselling

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their dietary habits, lifestyle, health goals, and nutritional requirements.
• Recommend personalized diet plans, nutrition programs, and wellness packages based on client needs.
• Explain the benefits of nutrition programs and encourage clients to enroll in suitable packages.
• Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for consultations, diet plans, memberships, and wellness packages.
• Convert leads into paying customers through effective counselling and relationship building.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to encourage renewals, repeat purchases, and long-term engagement.
• Maintain client records, consultation details, sales reports, and follow-up databases.
• Coordinate with the sales, customer service, and wellness teams to ensure a positive client experience.
• Provide nutrition guidance within the scope of professional qualifications and refer clients to appropriate healthcare professionals when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in nutrition consulting, diet clinics, wellness centres, healthcare sales, or weight management programs.
• Candidates with a combination of nutrition knowledge and inside sales experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
