Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as a Consultant Neurosurgeon, performing surgeries and procedures related to neurosurgery.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide post-operative care to patients with neurological disorders.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in neurosurgery techniques and technologies to improve outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBBS
• MCh / DNB (Neurosurgery) qualification from an Indian institute of repute.
• 0-5 years of experience as a Consultant Neurosurgeon or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of neurosurgery principles, practices, and protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
