About the Role

Ujala Cygnus Amritdhara My Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated Consultant Neurologist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating disorders of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage neurological disorders such as stroke, epilepsy, migraine, Parkinson's disease, dementia, neuropathies, and movement disorders.
• Evaluate and treat patients in OPD, IPD, ICU, and emergency settings.
• Interpret neurological investigations including EEG, NCV, EMG, CT, and MRI reports.
• Manage acute stroke cases and neurological emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
• Provide patient and family counseling regarding neurological conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.

Requirements

• DM/DNB Neurology from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Expertise in managing acute and chronic neurological disorders.
• Strong clinical diagnostic and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
