Consultant Medical Officer

Job Summary:
The Doctor will be responsible for performing Teleconsultations, Video Consultations, and related processes as per company guidelines. The role requires dedication, flexibility, and the ability to work efficiently to meet daily benchmarks and handle various processes and modes of communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance:
1. Should be present on all working days as per the company schedule.
2. Daily Benchmarks:
1. Should work dedicatedly to achieve daily set performance benchmarks.
3. Process Flexibility:
1. Should be open to working on all processes (e.g., Tele-Video MER, HVV, etc.) and all calling modes (Tele/Video).
2. Should be flexible for proving extra working hours on Month ends & Holidays (As per Insurance company requirement)
4. Language Proficiency:
1. Must have a good command of their local language to ensure clear communication with patients.
5. Leave Management:
1. All planned leaves must be taken with prior approval from the Manager/HOD.
6. Dress Code for Video Calls:
1. Should wear an apron while attending Video Calls as part of the professional appearance.
7. Basic Computer Skills:
1. Should possess basic computer knowledge to efficiently handle administrative tasks related to teleconsultations.
8. Rubber Stamp Requirement:
1. Must have a rubber stamp with their name, degree, registration number, and signature, required for mapping in the system.

Below Requirement

• Stamp/sign to be available on day of joining
• BAMS, BHMS, BDS

Salary as per Case Basis:

Salary: Tele MER 60/-, Video MER 80/-, Tele/ Video MER 100/-.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in medical consultation and patient care.
• Good command of the local language for effective communication.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital consultation tools.
• Ability to wear professional attire (apron) during video consultations.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
• Must have valid medical certification and professional registration.
