About this role
Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable Workday integrations across Baxter s global People Technology landscape. Partner with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to translate business needs into reliable integration solutions, establish technical standards, and provide delivery governance
What youll be doing
- Design and deliver end-to-end Workday integrations.
- Lead integration architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Integrate Workday with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Identity Management, and third-party systems.
- Evaluate and implement API- and MuleSoft-based integration solutions.
- Establish integration standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
- Drive automation and modernization initiatives across HR technology platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform impact analysis, risk assessment, and release planning.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to team members and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, privacy, security, audit, and governance requirements.
- Lead Workday release testing and maintain technical documentation
