Consultant III -Full Stack Development

Roles and Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end technical design and implementation of complex business solutions.

Define application architecture, integration patterns, and engineering standards.

Design scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native solutions on Azure. Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions. Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.

Drive adoption of modern development practices including DevOps, observability, automation, and AI-assisted engineering.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities across systems.

Strong expertise in: o .NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET Core o Angular and modern front-end architecture o REST APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture o SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and performance tuning o Azure App Services, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Storage, Key Vault, and Container Services o Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Git-based workflows

Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, scalability, resiliency, and cost optimization.

Experience driving engineering best practices, design reviews, and technical governance.

Excellent stakeholder communication, mentoring, and leadership skills. Loves coding and has extensive coding experience in web applications using .Net and related technologies.

Ability to integrate multiple factors and perspectives in problem solving strategies.
