Summary

We are seeking a Recruiter to support endtoend hiring for multiple business units. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordination, and driving timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for junior to midlevel roles.
• Manage interview coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain hiring trackers, candidate pipelines, and status updates.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely communication.
• Support offer rollout, documentation, and preonboarding formalities.

Requirements

• 6 months- 2 years of recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy).
• Strong sourcing skills across portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc).
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple positions with quick turnaround.

Contract Details

• 6–12 month contract (extendable)
