Manage invoice-related queries, including blocked invoices, payment-term exceptions, expedited payments, and accounts-payable coordination. Support supplier risk processes, including risk-assessment requests, supplier reviews, and third-party risk workflows. Maintain and improve master data, including supplier records, spend classification, taxonomy, purchasing groups, units of measure, lead times, and buyer information. Support supply and financial management activities, including forecasts, open-order reporting, supplier enablement, vendor allocations, rates, and budget plans. Contribute to category strategy, market intelligence, negotiations, continuous improvement, training, process documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
