Key Responsibilities

Exports Logistics

• Responsible for managing Exports (Ocean/land/air) freight operations
• Vendor Management Truck / Container booking with Transporter / CHA
• Making pre-shipment and Post shipment documents
• Making dispatch plan
• Co-ordination with inspection agencies and customs / RWH
• Ensure that the Exports Logistics team KPIs like freight cost, logistics lead time etc. are met
• Manage weekly container phasing and skew management
• Maximizing the logistical savings by warehouse stuffing and explore additional savings options
• Co-ordinate with warehouse team and streamline VAS activities

Inventory Management

• Inventory management and ensure that Exports inventory in maintained as per the requirement, to reduce the pressure on working capital and warehouse space
• Responsible for tracking ageing inventory & liquidation of SLOB in liaison with Sales teams

Order Management

• Ensure that Orders are fulfilled as per the required Order Fulfilment Lead Time and OTIF targets are met
• Interact with planning team and Business stakeholders on stock requirement and availability
• Responsible for Product Availability, Fill rates, Business Risk callouts (Shortage report)
• Prepare weekly Order MIS and drive efficiency improvement projects

Experience:

• Graduate with 3-5 years of international operations (Exports / Imports) experience.
• Post graduate/Diploma in Operations/ Supply chain or certification in Logistics would be an added advantage.

Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably with experience of 3-5 years in the Export Import/ Supply Chain Management
• Analytical ability & problem solving - Able to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought out conclusions
• Strong MS Office knowledge and basic Knowledge of SAP
• Stakeholder management
