Consultant Expert - HR Services

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end offboarding (resignations, F&F, compliance, documentation)
• Ensure SLA adherence, accuracy, and audit compliance
• Manage cross-functional coordination (Payroll, IT, HRBPs, Legal)
• Handle complex separations and strengthen governance
• Drive team performance, capability building, and productivity
• Lead process standardization, automation, and transformation
• Track metrics, generate insights, and support retention strategies
• Expertise in HR operations (Onboarding, Workforce Admin, Benefits, Mobility)
• Strong transformation, project management, and shared services experience
• Stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to drive results, act as SME, and manage change in global setups

Preferred candidate profile

• 1216 years HR Ops experience (5+ years leadership in shared services)
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and employee lifecycle
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
