Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as an Ent Surgeon, ensuring excellent clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  
• Conduct surgeries independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating expertise in ENT procedures.
  
• Collaborate effectively with other medical professionals to develop treatment plans for patients.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatments.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of experience as an Ent Surgeon after completing MS/MD degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
