Consultant Doctor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct consultations, assess client suitability, explain DHI procedures, and maintain accurate case records.
• Ensure adherence to DHI protocols, hygiene, and ethical medical practices.
• Monitor outcomes and handle post-procedure queries.
• Coordinate with medical and clinic teams and participate in training to share insights for continuous improvement.
• Build strong patient relationships through follow-ups, ethical counseling, and support retention and satisfaction.
• Assist in achieving clinic revenue targets through effective medical counseling and marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Qualification: BDS, BAMS, BHMS.
• Possess skills in case management, sales support, reporting, and consultant doctor roles.
• Demonstrate the ability to conduct consultations, assess client suitability, and explain DHI procedures.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain punctuality and discipline, and uphold DHI’s professional standards.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to business growth.
