Consultant - Corporate reservations

Key Responsibilities

• Handling reservations queries and requests coming to the reservations team from the Internal Teams, the External Teams, and our Partners.
• Coordination between multiple internal (Sales Team, Internal teams, City teams) and external stakeholders (Hotel Partners, Travel Agents, Corporate Admins).
• Troubleshooting issues regarding the central reservation system.
• Managing Admin/Sales Team/Partner escalations.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.

What are we looking for

• Graduates.
• Experienced or fresher with Great communications can apply (English and Hindi).
• Good in Mathematical aptitude.
• Should be ready to work in both Voice and Non-voice processes.
• Six days working, Rotational offs and Rotational shift.
• Work from Home currently
