Consultant Corporate Finance & Valuation

Responsibilities:

• We are recruiting for a consultant in the Corporate Finance team. In this team, you will be expected to:
• Analyze capital equipment valuations, fixed asset registers (FARs), balance sheet reconciliations, and asset classing.
• Independently prepare/update valuation models and reports for Capital Equipment / Personal Property / Plant and Equipment.
• Set up the fully integrated valuation models and prepare the majority of sections of valuation reports based on client FAR and inputs provided by the engagement team.
• Review third-party valuation/management reports for reasonableness.
• Perform market research to estimate replacement costs, useful lives, and depreciation techniques for different types of machinery and equipment.
• Stay updated on current business, economic, and regulatory developments relevant to our clients.
• Review the work of/guide team members.
• Build strong professional relationships with onshore teams through project work.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance and Investment Management).
