Role Overview:

As a part of our growth journey, we are looking to expand our team across industries and functions. You will work closely with the leadership team to expand the network within CXO/Founder community.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Deepen relationships with existing clients and onboard new clients by leveraging market insights and commercial intelligence.

Industry Networking & Market Intelligence:

- Continuously stay ahead of market trends and latest hiring practices by networking with senior stakeholders.

Research & Mapping:

- Conduct in-depth industry research to identify trends, key players, and market intelligence. Develop comprehensive talent maps, identifying potential candidates within the target industries and organizations.

Talent Solutions & Leadership Hiring:

- Advise clients on the best talent acquisition strategies, best candidates, and solutions tailored to their specific hiring needs and business goals.

What We're Looking For:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in B2B / enterprise / banking sales (MBA preferred).

- Experience selling to senior stakeholders (CXOs, CFOs, CHROs, CTOs).

- Polished communicator, high energy and self-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Curious, commercially sharp and open to learning.

- No search experience needed. Search delivery is trained in-house.
