The Consultant serves as the execution layer of engagements, responsible for conducting analyses, developing solutions, supporting implementation, and ensuring disciplined execution of project workstreams. The Assistant Manager serves as the workstream lead of consulting engagements, responsible for managing end-to-end execution of assigned workstreams, driving implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring realization of project benefits. Acts as the primary day-to-day client interface while mentoring Consultants and Analysts. The Manager serves as the engagement leader responsible for managing end-to-end consulting programs, leading multiple workstreams, building executive client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives. Owns overall engagement governance, commercial performance, delivery quality, and people development.
