We at Kailash Healthcare Ltd. is urgently hiring for Consultant/Senior Consultant - Anesthesiologist.
Job Location- Kailash Hospital & Heart Institute, Sector 71, Noida
Job Purpose
To provide safe, evidence-based and comprehensive anesthesia services to surgical and procedural patients, ensuring optimal perioperative care, patient safety, pain management and emergency support in accordance with hospital protocols and applicable clinical standards.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Safe and effective administration of anaesthesia.
Timely completion of pre-anaesthesia assessment.
Compliance with anaesthesia and patient-safety protocols.
Reduction of preventable anaesthesia-related complications.
Accurate and complete anaesthesia documentation.
Effective management of emergency and high-risk cases.
Timely response to emergency calls and Code Blue.
Effective post-operative pain management.
Patient satisfaction and quality of clinical care.
Participation in clinical audits, training and quality-improvement activities.
MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the National Medical Commission / respective State Medical Council.
Experience
Preferably 1–15 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed hospital.
Core Competencies
Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
Excellent airway and emergency management skills.
Ability to manage high-risk and critically ill patients.
Sound knowledge of modern anaesthesia techniques and drugs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Team leadership and mentoring capability.
Commitment to patient safety and ethical medical practice.
Good clinical documentation and record-keeping skills.
Willingness to work in OT, ICU, Emergency and other procedural areas.
Availability for emergency/on-call duties as per hospital requirements.
Ability to manage extended or unpredictable working hours during emergency situations.
Compliance with hospital dress code, infection-control and occupational-safety requirements.
