Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and deployment of solutions and prototypes using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Build and optimize agentic AI solutions, services, and libraries for enterprise use, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Create user interfaces and conversational experiences using Copilot Studio UI and Power Apps.
• Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and best-practice guidelines for enterprise deployment.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into agentic AI technical solutions deployable in a Microsoft Teams environment.

Skills Required:

• 4 - 7 years of relevant experience building and deploying AI solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio
• Power Apps development and deployment
• Power Automate and Power Platform solution development
• Copilot and Copilot Studio for enterprise workflows and custom copilots
• Agentic AI solution design and implementation using Copilot Studio / AI builder concepts.

Good to Have:

• Experience building agentic AI solutions and prototypes end-to-end (prototype to production)

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
