About this role
Responsibilities
- Leads coordination of Executive transfers across the enterprise by collaborating with HR, the losing division access coordinators, gaining division access coordinator, and the Executive to ensure they are transferred smoothly without loss of access.
- Provides 2nd and 3rd level support of requests for Workforce Members and other users as defined by business owners.
- Grants, modifications, and removes user access privileges for Company network and information systems only as directed by a designated approver and in accordance with established SLAs.
- Use of administrator and/or elevated system or application privileges only as authorized to perform role and responsibilities within designated span of control.
- Provides training and awareness to departments about user access controls as needed.
- Leads the definition of processes and procedures of access management for Workforce Members, including vendors that require access across multiple divisions.
- Leads efforts to improve operational processes and procedures.
- Subject matter expert for account management policies, procedures, and guidance documents.
- Participates in development/review of division security processes/procedures under supervision of Regional User Access Manager.
- Partners with facility Human Resources, facility IT teams and business owners to define and maintain role based access.
- Coordinate and work with access tools development teams to build and establish new forms for access management.
Education Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 8 to 13 Years of Experience
Must Have Skills
- Demonstrates ability to learn Corporate, Division, and Facility-specific applications, technology, and terminology.
- Ability to coordinate and work with peers to provide assistance with daily operations.
- Experience working with Identity Management principles and their application across computing platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
- Ability to manage changing workloads while maintaining a sense of priorities and delivering quality service within required timeframes.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize customer support processes and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and competency in MS Office Suite.
- Customer service orientation and/or prior customer service training.
- Strong understanding of security-related procedures.
- High level of integrity and demonstrated ability to maintain confidence with sensitive information.
