We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Site Engineer to supervise and manage the ongoing construction of a Residential Community Club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-time supervision of the Community Club construction project.
• Monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, flooring, finishing and other construction works.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Ensure construction work is completed as per the required quality, specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, vendors and other site personnel.
• Check quantities and measurements of construction work executed at site.
• Monitor material requirements, deliveries and utilisation at the site.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues and coordinate with the concerned professionals for timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of daily progress, site activities, materials and manpower.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and construction practices.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Management/Committee.
• Assist in planning and monitoring the project schedule to ensure timely completion.

Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision.
• Candidates having experience in residential buildings, clubs, commercial buildings or similar projects will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, structural work and finishing activities.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, measurements and quality control.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Should be capable of independently supervising the site and coordinating with contractors.
• Full-time presence at the construction site is required.
