Job Description : - Construction Quality Engineer
Location: Baddi
Experience: 8+ Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech
Industry: FMCG / Manufacturing preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction activities and overall site coordination with clients, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Handle budgeting, estimation, scheduling, execution, quality control, and documentation.
- Manage MEP, HVAC, electrical installation & commissioning activities.
- Coordinate installation/commissioning of HVAC, chillers, VFDs, compressors, pumps, panels, cable trays, lighting & earthing systems.
- Perform quantity surveying and vendor running bill verification.
- Conduct clash verification, resolve site/design issues, and provide technical inputs.
- Ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and coordinate project meetings.
- Support equipment commissioning and construction handover.
