WE ARE HIRING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Position: Construction Project Manager
Employment: Full-time | On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day construction activities
• Plan and monitor project schedules
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications and quality standards
• Monitor project costs, materials and resources
• Conduct site meetings and track project progress
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and clients
• Identify and resolve site-related issues
• Ensure safety and compliance with building regulations
• Maintain project reports, documentation and approvals
• Manage projects from pre-construction through handover

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
• Experience in construction/project management
• Good knowledge of drawings and site execution
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Knowledge of Kerala construction practices and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently on site
