Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Experience: 20+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and project team.
• Lead project teams and ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are achieved.
• Manage design reviews, constructability reviews, contractor qualification, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare/review bidder documents, estimates, budgets, change orders, and project proposals.
• Monitor project schedules, resources, risks, and project progress.
• Ensure effective Change Management and maintain complete project documentation.
• Ensure 100% CCA completion, punch-list/defect closure, and construction handover.
• Apply construction industry best practices and LEAN/IPD tools.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Construction Systems CCIP.
• Experience in qualification of Civil, Structural & MEP contractors.
• Strong understanding of construction standards, design, constructability, and project management.
• Ability to train and coach Resident Engineers on construction systems.
• Strong skills in cost estimation, scheduling, change management, quality, and safety.
