Construction Project Head - Manufacturing Plant

Experience:

• 12+ years in large-scale industrial construction projects Lead end-to-end construction of a greenfield solar cell manufacturing facility
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and engineering teams for seamless execution
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on-site
• Oversee contractor selection, vendor management, and on-site workforce supervision
• Interface with government authorities for permits, inspections, and approvals
• Prepare progress reports and present to executive leadership regularly
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns
• Drive operational readiness and handover to plant operations team
• Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical Engineering; PMP certification preferred.
