Role - Construction Manager

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall site execution for residential/commercial projects
• Ensure construction progress as per master schedule
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Handle project planning, budgeting, and cost control
• Review drawings, execution methodologies, and constructability
• Conduct site inspections and resolve execution bottlenecks
• Ensure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance
• Track milestones and escalate delays/issues
• Manage internal stakeholder coordination (projects, procurement, commercial, design, CRM)

Typical Skills Required

• Strong project execution and site management
• High-rise residential construction experience
• Vendor and contractor management
• Planning tools (MSP/Primavera)
• AutoCAD and project reporting
• Knowledge of Mumbai real estate regulations
• Leadership and team handling

Preferred Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech Civil
• MBA/APM/NICMAR preferred for senior roles
