Construction Manager

Role & responsibilities

Seeking a Construction Manager with hands-on experience in Transmission Line projects. The role involves end-to-end execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, safety compliance, and effective coordination with all stakeholders. The role demands strong technical expertise, site leadership, and hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily site construction activities for Transmission Line projects.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and ensure strict compliance at all project sites.
• Coordinate with site teams on JMC and oversee day-to-day site activities in collaboration with the client at site.
• Hands-on experience in Foundations, Tower erection and Stringing activities, JMC processes MS Office tools, MS Project planning are required.
• Good knowledge about Tower erection, stringing tools and plants.

Preferred candidate profile

15+ years of experience in Transmission Lines.

• Previous experience in Africa is preferred.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
