Chronograph Project Consultants LLP is hiring an experienced Construction Manager for a premium luxury villa project in Hyderabad.

Experience: 16+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Project: Premium Luxury Villa / Residential Project

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise overall construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Manage civil, structural, architectural and finishing works.
• Monitor manpower, materials and contractor performance.
• Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of the project.
• Review drawings, BOQs and construction requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders.
• Ensure proper workmanship and high-quality finishing standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 16+ years of experience in construction/project execution.
• Strong experience in residential construction.
• Experience in luxury villa or high-end residential projects will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural and finishing works.
• Good leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage contractors and site teams effectively.
