Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain connectivity data services and APIs for Android-based products.
• Build scalable services that manage connectivity traffic and support reliable data flow across the ecosystem.
• Implement solutions for collecting, processing, and analyzing connectivity metrics and telemetry.
• Investigate production issues using logs, telemetry, and test results to drive root cause analysis and bug resolution.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices for connectivity services.

Skills Required:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in C++, Kotlin, and Android development.
• Working knowledge of Android Connectivity Framework and connectivity service architecture.
• Experience with networking protocols and secure communication concepts such as TCP, TLS, and HTTPS.
• Ability to design and support scalable backend services for Android connectivity use cases.

Good to Have:

• WiFi, BLE, Bluetooth, and wireless connectivity experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
