Role Summary
We are looking for Condition Monitoring Analysts to analyse equipment and condition monitoring data, identify potential issues, and provide actionable recommendations to Dealer and customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse S O S, inspection, electronic, site and equipment-history data to assess equipment condition.
- Provide data-driven equipment and operational recommendations to Dealer representatives.
- Collaborate with Condition Monitoring teams, S O S Interpreters and Dealer representatives.
- Use MS Excel, Access and enterprise tools for data analysis and tracking.
- Support condition monitoring lead tracking, issue resolution and follow-ups.
- Prepare technical reports, findings and recommendations.
- Communicate technical findings clearly to internal and customer-facing stakeholders.
- Apply field troubleshooting knowledge to support equipment-related investigations.
