About this role
- Develop BIW/Hang-on concepts, packaging layouts, and master section proposals.
- Analyze Strak and create technically feasible engineering solutions.
- Mentor and guide Concept Designers, and CAD Constructors. ( Team Size = 2+ Team Members )
- Integrate manufacturing and assembly constraints into concept stage.
- Review and apply feedback from feasibility studies and CAE teams.
- Support Project Lead in concept freeze milestones.
- Coordinate with CAD teams to convert concepts into full CAD models.
- Ensure adherence to OEM guidelines, weight targets, and safety norms.
- Conduct DMU checks and interface validation at concept level.
