    • Design and implement practical exercises, case studies, and project-based learning for hands-on skill development.
    • Provide personalized guidance to trainees to build confidence and ensure skill mastery.
    • Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies such as simulations, role plays, and collaborative projects.
    • Curriculum Development & Enhancement
    • Develop structured lesson plans, training materials, and digital resources aligned with NSDC and institutional standards.

    • Maintain and grow personal proficiency across CCC, Tally, Canva, Advanced Excel and AI tools through structured CPD, tracking hours against SRSDC/SRCoEW's Centre-wide CPD target.

    • Maintain a personal CPD log of sessions attended, certifications earned, and skills developed, feeding into MIS reporting.
    • Proactively identify new tools, certifications or techniques worth introducing into the curriculum, and share findings with the wider training team.
    • Assessment & Evaluation
    • Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate trainee progress and learning outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate records of performance, attendance, and certification processes.
    • Provide constructive feedback and remedial support to trainees.

    • Coordinate with placement teams to align IT training with industry requirements.
    • Support entrepreneurship development initiatives by training women in digital tools for business promotion.
