Computer Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Computer Operator with strong knowledge of MS Excel and general computer operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining data, preparing reports, updating records, and ensuring accuracy in day-to-day computer-based tasks. Candidates with prior experience in the jewellery industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in computer systems.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and records.
• Use advanced Excel functions for data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain digital records, documentation, and databases.
• Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for data collection and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of company information.
• Perform routine computer operations and assist with administrative tasks.

Required Skills

• Good computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions.
• Knowledge of formulas, sorting, filtering, PivotTables, and data management.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage data and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and email communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with 0-5 years of relevant experience can apply.
• Freshers with strong computer knowledge and Advanced Excel skills are welcome.
• Prior experience in the jewellery industry will be a strong advantage.
• Experience handling jewellery inventory, stock records, billing data, or product-related databases will be an added advantage.
