Computer Operator

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day computer operation, data entry, data management, and record maintenance.
• Prepare, update, maintain, and organize office records, reports, files, and databases.
• Handle MS Office applications including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry, documentation, and compilation of information.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
• Maintain proper soft-copy and hard-copy records and ensure easy retrieval of documents.
• Coordinate with team members and different departments for data collection and work-related information.
• Support management in data analysis, documentation, correspondence, and administrative activities.
• Demonstrate strong management, coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Work effectively with the team and ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the given timeline.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company data and documents.
• Perform other computer and office-related duties as assigned by the management.
