Computer Numerical Control Machinist

Job Description:

• Knowledge of CNC ,lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, grinding machines, and machining centers.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
• Set up machines, fixtures, and tooling for production.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
• Adjust machine parameters to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and report machine breakdowns.
• Maintain production records and inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and quality standards.
• Minimize material wastage and improve machine utilization.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production Planning teams.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 5-12 years
