JOB OPENING: ON-SITE IT SUPPORT & CCTV TECHNICIAN
Job Title: On-Site IT Support & CCTV Technician
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Benefits: Separate Fuel / Petrol Allowance provided
Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time / Field On-Site

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• Candidate MUST own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and hold a valid Driving Licence for daily field travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hardware & OS Support: Assembling, formatting, and repairing desktop PCs and laptops. Installing and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems, core applications, and printers.
• Networking Setup: Managing local network setups (LAN/Wi-Fi), network cabling, RJ45 crimping, router configurations, and fixing active internet connectivity issues.
• CCTV Installation: Laying cables, mounting IP/Analog cameras, and configuring DVR/NVR systems. Troubleshooting video loss, hard disk recording errors, and setting up remote mobile viewing.
• On-Site Visits: Travelling promptly to various client or customer sites during shift hours to resolve technical complaints face-to-face.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical Skills: Practical knowledge or a basic diploma/course in Computer Hardware, Networking, or CCTV electronics.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of field experience. Freshers possessing strong practical skills are highly welcome to apply.
• Schedule Discipline: Ability to complete field tasks and report reliably within the 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM shift.
