Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting software.
Prepare and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial records regularly.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies during audits and assessments.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Monitor cash flow and support financial planning activities.
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
