Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities, tasks and duties:
1.    Cleaning the compression area and ensuring of readiness of compression machine before and after working and emptying the area of any trace of the previous product.
2.    Performing daily maintenance work such as lubrication and other and cleaning and sterilization of the compress fingers and machine parts and informing the supervisor in case of a malfunction.
3.    Weighting the bulk (powder) received in the compression room before starting compression and delivering a sample of the powder and a sample of tablets at the beginning of compression to verify the quality of the product before completing the work and follow up on sending samples during work according to the specified routine.
4.    Operation the compression machines according to the SOP and determination parameters to compression tablets.
5.    Monitoring the weight homogeneity of the tablets according to the range for each product and record the data in the compression records.
