Are you experienced in composite manufacturing and fabrication? We are looking for a skilled Composite Engineer with hands-on experience in carbon fiber, glass fiber, and composite component manufacturing to join our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform composite layup, moulding, vacuum bagging, curing, trimming, and finishing.
Work with carbon fiber, glass fiber, epoxy resins, adhesives, moulds, and tooling.
Manufacture composite structures and components for UAV and aerospace applications.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.
Inspect components for defects such as delamination, voids, cracks, and resin-rich areas.
Ensure dimensional accuracy, product quality, and manufacturing standards.
Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in carbon fiber and glass fiber composite manufacturing.
Knowledge of layup, vacuum bagging, curing, trimming, and finishing processes.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform quality inspections.
Experience in aerospace, UAV, drone, or automotive composites is preferred.
