HIRING COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE/ Sr EXECUTIVE

Preferably MALE candidates

Location: Bengaluru (Basavanagudi and to travel to Electronic City on need basis 2 to 3 days a week)

Experience: Relevant experience in Employee Statutory / Labour Law Compliance

We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong experience in:

PF / EPFO & UAN – Registration, KYC, Transfers, Joint Declarations, Claims & Notices

ESIC – Registration, IP updates, Aadhaar/UAN linking & Returns

Karnataka Labour Welfare Board & Labour Welfare Fund

CLRA – Licences, Renewals, Returns & Labour Inspections

Shops & Establishments Compliance

Statutory Returns & Labour Law Compliance

Employee Statutory Benefits – PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity & LWF

Client Compliance Certificates & Audits

Government Department Liaison & Follow-ups

Statutory Awareness Sessions for Employees

Gratuity Claims & LIC Gratuity Trust coordination

Client / Office Agreement Renewals & Compliance Documentation

Looking for: Strong statutory knowledge, excellent documentation & MIS skills, ability to independently handle multiple locations, government portals, audits and compliance matters.

It's mandatory for the candidate to be fluent in both English and Kannada and knowing any other language is a bonus.
