Job Title: Compliance Assurance / Contractual Compliance Executive

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)

Relevant Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a corporate/in-house environment, with experience in contractual compliance, contract management, or contractual risk management.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of contracts and contractual compliance requirements.
  
• Ability to read, interpret, and identify key requirements from complex client contracts.
  
• Experience in contract management or contractual risk management.
  
• Strong knowledge of contractor pre-engagement screening and onboarding compliance.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Ability to translate complex contractual/legal information into clear and simple language for non-legal stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  
• Ability to maintain accurate compliance records and databases.
  
• Ability to work independently and provide guidance to junior team members.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret complex client contracts and identify specific contractual compliance requirements.
  
• Communicate client contract requirements clearly to internal stakeholders and Assignment Support Teams.
  
• Ensure contractor pre-engagement screening and onboarding requirements are followed in accordance with client contracts.
  
• Review contractor contract templates and ensure they are aligned with applicable client terms.
  
• Support internal audits by reviewing business activities against established compliance criteria.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance databases, records, and documentation.
  
• Ensure adherence to established Compliance Assurance procedures and processes.
  
• Act as the first point of escalation for complex contractual compliance queries.
  
• Provide first-line support and guidance for compliance-related questions within the Compliance Assurance team.
  
• Assist the Compliance Manager with day-to-day operational and supervisory activities.
  
• Review the work of junior colleagues and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
  
• Deliver training and support to team members on contractual and compliance requirements.
  
• Maintain high standards of compliance and help minimize the risk of client or contractor complaints and potential litigation.
  
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to build strong and collaborative working relationships.
  
• Perform other duties related to Compliance Assurance as required.
