Position- Compliance Officer

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Job Description

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to manage regulatory, corporate and fund compliances for a SEBI-registered AIF.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations, FEMA, RBI, Companies Act, ROC and KYC/AML.
• Manage regulatory filings, compliance calendars, statutory records and reporting.
• Handle investor onboarding, KYC/AML and fund-related compliances.
• Coordinate with Trustees, Custodians, Fund Accountants, RTAs, Auditors and Legal Advisors.
• Manage Board/Committee meetings, minutes and corporate governance.
• Support investment transactions and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
• Graduate in Law, Commerce, Finance or related discipline
• 4-8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in AIF / Financial Services / Asset Management / Investment Management / PE/VC preferred
• Strong knowledge of SEBI, FEMA, RBI, Companies Act, ROC and KYC/AML
• Strong communication, drafting and stakeholder-management skills
