Compliance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI, IRDAI, and other relevant authorities in the financial services industry.
• Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular audits and monitoring to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for remediation.
• File periodic compliance returns with IRDAI & GIC.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and implement IRDAI circulars relevant to Health/Motor sectors
  

Job Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in general insurance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the financial services industry (SEBI).
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
• Excellent reporting skills with the ability to prepare clear reports on compliance matters.
• Preferred domain expertise: Health and Motor Compliance
