Compliance Manager - LLB

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in the insurance domain

Preferred: Degree in Compliance, Corporate Law, or Governance

Bonus: LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Proven experience in regulatory compliance for Health & Motor Insurance

- Strong analytical and resolution skills

- Skilled in handling IRDAI queries and internal cross-functional coordination

- Familiar with AI-based compliance platforms

- Multilingual: English, Hindi, plus one regional language

Key Responsibilities:

- File periodic compliance returns with IRDAI & GIC

- Validate Health/Motor-related data from departments before submission

- Maintain audit-ready records, ensure reporting consistency

- Monitor and implement IRDAI circulars relevant to Health/Motor sectors

- Support audits, Board presentations, and uphold corporate governance

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years in Insurance Industry

- Preferred domain expertise: Health and Motor Compliance
