Compliance Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements in the gems & jewellery industry.
• Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and programs to maintain regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of compliance initiatives across the organization.
• Provide guidance on labor law matters to employees, management, and external partners.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in compliance head role or similar position in the gems & jewellery industry.
• Strong knowledge of ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation), LWF (Labour Welfare Fund), PF (Provident Fund) regulations.
• Proven track record of ensuring statutory compliance with various labor laws such as PT (Payment of Gratuity Act).
