Compliance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end factory, labour and statutory compliance for the manufacturing unit.
• Handle PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable statutory filings and returns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Factory Laws, Labour Laws, Minimum Wages and other statutory requirements.
• Manage factory licenses, registrations, renewals and statutory documentation.
• Maintain statutory registers, employee records, attendance, working hours, overtime and wage records.
• Handle contract labour compliance, contractor documentation and statutory verification.
• Coordinate with Labour Departments, Government Authorities, Legal Consultants and other regulatory bodies.
• Manage labour inspections, statutory audits, legal notices, show-cause notices and compliance-related cases.
• Ensure timely filing of returns, payment of statutory contributions and maintenance of compliance records.
• Coordinate internal, external and customer audits and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong practical knowledge of Labour Laws, Factory Compliance and Statutory Compliance.
• Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity and labour-related returns.
• Experience in handling government inspections, legal notices, audits and labour authorities.
• Strong documentation, coordination and compliance management skills.
• Ability to independently manage statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements.
