Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle CLRA registration, contractor licenses, renewals, and related documentation.
• Manage Trade License applications, renewals, and coordination with local authorities.
• Handle Shops & Establishments registration and license renewals for applicable establishments.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory registrations and compliance requirements across locations.
• Coordinate with government departments, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain statutory records, licenses, registers, and compliance trackers.
• Monitor renewal deadlines and ensure timely submission of applications and documents.
• Support statutory audits, inspections, and compliance-related queries.
• Track applicable regulatory updates and assist in implementing compliance requirements.
• Prepare regular compliance reports and maintain accurate documentation.
